60–75 Minute Training Structure
1. Activations & Movement Prep (10–15 Min)
– Hip Mobility & Core Separation: 90/90 mobility series, Walking T-Spine Rotations
– Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Prep: Resistance Band ER/IR series, Plyo Ball Circuit
– Kinetic Chain Sequencing: Walking Towel Whips to reinforce whip action and release mechanics
2. SpinLabAi Data Collection (5 Min)
– Baseline Throwing Assessment: 10 recorded standardized throws to capture real-time metrics on rotational velocity, arm speed, and ground force production.
3. Mechanical Efficiency & Kinetic Chain (15–20 Min)
– Targeted drill work focusing on optimal foot strike timing, max shoulder external rotation, release speed, kinetic sequencing, and efficient ground force transfer.
4. Footwork & Pocket Navigation (15–20 Min)
-Dropback Fundamentals: Quick-game drops, 3/5-step timing, and Crossfield Drops
-Base & Platform Stability: Rhythm drops, base preservation, and Punch + Plant techniques
-Off-Platform & Escapes: Pocket resetting, climbing the pocket, and throw-on-the-move mechanics
5. Situational Execution & Routes on Air (10–15 Min)
-Pre-Snap & Communication: Pre-snap cadence variation and operational tempo
-Coverage Processing: Defensive structure recognition and post-snap diagnostic reads
-Drive Scripting: Full-field situational drive simulation (2-minute drill execution)
